I just want to express appreciation and commend the effort that Brent Knigge has put in developing the little tool named (AD Checker) which allows us to check student basic records (ID, Name and email address) and compare those records across AD and Banner.

This tool has saved us a lot of time and effort specially when we used to have to explain to student admin staff that the details need to be added/updated in Banner before student can have valid login and email account and number of occasions when student request to change their Names and email address.

One of the benefits of using this tool by our service desk, it will definitely help reduce the time to resolve those reported issues and in many cases they would be resolved at 1st level support.
